No a gym membership is not required. Each month you receive an at home workout and a gym workout with video demonstrations and instructions for each workout.
You can get incredible results by working out at home with minimal equipment. I recommend if you are working out at home to have resistance bands with handles- other workout equipment is an added bonus but definitely not required to follow at home workouts.
When signing up and paying your initial payment you are agreeing to monthly reocrruing payments. To Cancel your membership Ali needs 30 days notice which can be done over email. For example if the month is May and you want to cancel for July there would need to be 30 days to cancel your membership. If less than 30 days your last payment will be processed and then your membership would be cancelled.
