And you're probably thinking why would I listen to her? She has no clue what being a first time moms is like.

Let me show you through my 10+ years of nannying experience how I can help you lose the baby weight and tone up  at home without becoming extremely overwhelmed.

I understand extreme overwhelm more than most people.

At 21 I was diagnosed with a panic disorder.

Specifically agoraphobia. This disorder is  extreme anxiety, fear of being trapped, going too far from your "safe space." As a 21 year old who just graduated from college, I was mortified and low key traumatized. 

 
Why couldn't I walk around the block without panicking? It was humbling.

I started working with a therapist, becoming more independent and I wanted to start focusing on my physical health.

I pretty much put it on the back burner because of my mental health.  Looking back I completely regret.

Extreme overwhelm does not thrive with intense structure.

My fitness routine pre panic disorder was intense; 5 workouts a week, 10k steps, tracking my food. However, at the time it worked. It didn't feel "too much."

But after my diagnosis, I crumbled.

I gained 30lbs in 3 months.

As I attempted to follow my old routine I kept falling off track. I felt like a failure.

You can relate to this if you've ever tried to follow you pre pregnancy fitness routine after having your baby.

I gave up. I felt like a failure.

My body was in such a heightened stress state. I gained body fat faster than you can blink.

Overnight I went from snatched to fat.

My clothes no longer fit.

My comfy baggy sweatpants were tight around my waist.

For a period of time I just settled. I didn't know how to make losing weight NOT overwhelming.

I was fat. I avoided taking pictures. I stopped going to the gym.

Then one day I stepped on the scale that I had been avoiding.

It read the HIGHEST it ever had. 


In that moment I made a decision to come back to my health.

The truth is my body f**king hurt, my back was sore, I was out of shape. I couldn't breath on a hike.

This is why I know how to help first time moms lose the baby weight with their overwhelming schedule and limited time.

I know how to understand your need, validate and support you.

By 28 I had lost 35lbs without overwhelm.

I started coming back to my fitness little by little.

My goal was completely vanity, at first.

I focused on 5lbs at a time because 30lbs felt so daunting.

Over the course of 18 months I reinvented what weight loss gets to look like when you have...

Lack of time.


When you need to avoid feeling overwhelmed.

When you have a little one running around.

We are done falling off track.


We are done following a fitness routine and diet plan that stresses us the f**k out.
